M2 for Repair, Retail and Home

Approved before you start.Paid before they leave.

Repair tickets, approvals from their phone, parts and product at the counter, and regular visits that bill themselves. Built for bike shops, small engine and mower shops, phone repair, appliance repair, locksmiths, tailors, pool service and house cleaning.

Built for the counter and the service call

The work is not the hard part. The hard part is the phone tag to get a yes, the parts count that is always off, and the invoice written at night. M2 handles the approval, the count and the payment.

Made for how you work

Bike Shops

Repair tickets with approval from their phone before extra work, bikes and parts rung up at the counter, and stock that counts itself.

Small Engine and Mower Shops

Found a bad carb on a tune-up? They approve it from their phone. Oil, blades and parts scan at the counter, and every machine's history stays on file.

Phone and Computer Repair

Approvals before the extra fix, photos with the ticket, and cases and accessories at the counter and online.

Appliance Repair

Quotes they sign on the spot, approval before the extra part, and paid before you leave the driveway.

Locksmiths

Quote, sign and pay on the spot, with keys and hardware rung up alongside the job.

Alterations and Tailoring

Deposits on bigger jobs, email reminders for fittings, and notions at the counter.

Pool and Spa Service

Weekly visits set up once and billed to the card on file, chemicals sold from your store, and approval before the extra repair.

House Cleaning

Regular cleans that line up and bill themselves, card on file, and tips on the card reader.

What M2 handles for you

Booking, payments and the counter, on the same system. No stack of apps that don't talk to each other.

Approved From Their Phone

Found more to do? Send it over. They say yes or no to each item from their phone and sign once.

Ring It Up at the Counter

Scan the barcode on the M2 Go terminal and ring up product right alongside the service.

Counts That Keep Themselves

Stock comes off your count as you sell, and you can see what's running low before you run out.

Regular Visits That Bill Themselves

Set up weekly, every two weeks or monthly visits once. Each visit lines up and bills, so you are not writing the same invoice over and over.

Card on File

Save a card with their permission and charge it when the work is done. No chasing.

Quotes They Sign on the Spot

Send a quote they sign from their phone, then an invoice they pay from a link.

Photos Stay With the Job

Snap before and after photos and keep them with the job and the invoice.

Your Own Online Store

Sell product from your own store page for pickup or local delivery. They pay the same way they pay you in person.

Cash Price and Card Price

Customers see a cash price and a card price and pick the one they want. Set up to follow card brand and state rules.

The Counter Repair Checklist

Ten habits for a smoother repair counter.

  1. Write down what they asked for, in their words, at drop-off.
  2. Take photos at drop-off.
  3. Give a written estimate before you start, even a rough one.
  4. Get a yes before any work that was not on the estimate.
  5. Tell them when to expect a call, and call when you said you would.
  6. Keep the parts you replaced until they pick up.
  7. Send a pickup reminder, and a second one after a week.
  8. Post your policy for items left more than 30 days.
  9. Count your fastest-moving parts every week.
  10. Once a month, review the jobs that ran over the quote.
